    Get your portal

    Once approved you get an email to set a password for partner.trust1.link — your links, codes and reports live there.

  3. 03

    Refer or install

    Share your link, or install the apps for clients as their Shopify collaborator using your verified installer email.

  4. 04

    Get paid monthly

    Commission clears after a refund hold and is paid by PayPal every month once you pass the minimum.

  • Sell your own services around the apps — setup, campaigns, reviews, reporting — at your prices
  • Use the official partner kit: logos, screenshots, decks, email templates
  • Publish case studies once your client agrees in writing

You can't

  • Bid on "WaSend", "TrustShop" or "Trust1" brand keywords, or pose as official support
  • Promise free or unlimited messages, guaranteed results, or features that aren't live
  • Refer your own stores, create fake stores, or pay merchants to install or review
  • Fake, buy or hide reviews; message people without their opt-in

Questions agencies ask

What counts toward my commission?

The plan fee your referred stores pay through Shopify — monthly or annual (annual plans are split over 12 months). Free plans, usage-based or one-time charges, and third-party fees such as Meta message fees are not included.

How is a store attributed to me?

Through your referral link, your partner coupon, your verified installer email when you install as a collaborator, or your code entered in the app. The first valid partner keeps the store; a reinstall within the protection period stays with you.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is held during the refund window, then paid monthly by PayPal in USD once your approved balance reaches the minimum. Lower balances roll over.

Can I join only one app?

Yes. Tick the programs you want in the form. You can ask to join the other app later from the partner portal.

Do my clients pay more because I referred them?

No. Your commission comes out of Trust1's share — your clients pay the normal plan price.

It is the first agency cohort for WaSend and TrustShop. Founding Agencies get our highest agency rates, a partner manager, and priority review of the product feedback they bring from clients.
